Apple is now dragged into court, not for patent fights, and not even by Samsung, but by a group of Chinese writes, who accuses them of stealing their work and making money out of it.

A case is filed against Apple by well know Chinese writers in Beijing over unofficial copies of their works uploaded to Apple’s store. It’s a $ 1.88m (11.91 million yuan) lawsuit.

The long pending patent infringement battle between two tech giants namely Nokia and Apple comes to an end with a technology licensing agreement.
